A Project Manager specialising in the implementation of CRM systems, data migrations, and their accompanying operating models. I have implemented across a variety of industries including, Financial Services, Travel, Hospitality and Oil and Gas at both group and regional levels. I remain technology agnostic and use my experience from working with a variety of enterprise architectures and customer strategies to implement in line with the client’s commercial objectives.

Every successful project begins with a robust, clear, visual mobilisation phase. I will work closely with clients, colleagues and suppliers to build up a stable project team around a common objective.

Offering

I offer specialist expertise in customer strategy, omni-channel customer engagement and customer analytics, which will better align the expectations of the technologies to the needs of the customer base.

I have implemented technical and business transformation solutions including; Pega Marketing, TCS BaNCS, IBM Campaign, SAP MRP.
